The Vine

Our thin crust homemade pizza dough, rubbed with olive oil and layered with chopped garlic, red chili flakes, a light amount of pepperoni, and a sprinkle of Napoletana and a drizzle of pesto sauce.

    Sweet & Spicy: pepperoni, pineapple, tri-color jalepeños, mozzarella, parmesan, and our homemade pizza sauce.

Garden Ranch

    The Shackers’ Facebook Group’s retro throwback. Our world-famous ranch dressing as the sauce, mozzarella, fresh spinach, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, and Napoletana. Garnished with fresh parmesan cheese and extra virgin olive oil.

It’s a flavor fest: we take our cheese-stuffed ravioli’s and cook them in our homemade Lemon Butter suace and top with parmesan cheese. So good, you’ll want to take one home.

We looked deep into the recipe archives and found this Italian staple: Bucatini with a buttery sauté of garlic, Roma tomatoes, basil and parmesan. It’s like having lunch in Rome.
