An authentic take on an old Mary’s favorite. Whole Bodega Bay clams with linguini, white wine, butter, garlic, and parsley. Straight from our coast, cooked the Italian way.

One pound of fresh manilla clams sauteed with fresh garlic, herbs, butter, white wine, fresh lemon and Italian parsley, garnished with a serving of French fries.
Lemon Herb Shrimp Scampi
