An authentic take on an old Mary’s favorite. Whole Bodega Bay clams with linguini, white wine, butter, garlic, and parsley. Straight from our coast, cooked the Italian way.

One pound of fresh manilla clams sauteed with fresh garlic, herbs, butter, white wine, fresh lemon and Italian parsley, garnished with a serving of French fries.
Tenuta Di Arceno Chianti Classico
A gorgeous wine with aromas of tart cherries, strawberries and violets. A soft and exciting structure invites notes of blueberries, cedar and red oranges on the palate. Pleasant acidity and finishes with warm notes of white pepper and licorice.)

Aromas of lime and lemon, citrus leaf, white nectarine, freesia white flowers and bosc pear. Flavors of Key lime blossom, nectarine, honeysuckle and kumquat.
